There Is No Need For Us To Be Alone

Ever been to CubaCuba?
It's on 11th & Delaware - two tiny houses joined together...filled with delish food and drink!

Go there...take people you appreciate!

Chris and Darling Meg took Baby S and I there for a celebration dinner!
Chris found a new job!
Spencer tires of my camera.

We started with mojitos, caipirinhas, and sangrias...
We had a sort of long wait - we sipped and gabbed! These are the kind of folks you can do that sort of thing with!

The food at CubaCuba is nuts!

I had the ropa vieja! I just like to say ROPA VIEJA!
It's both delicious rolling off your tongue and landing on your tongue!

Darling Meg had a monster sandwich. It was buttery and filled to the brim with pork.

Chris had the special - it was a seafood explosion on his plate.

I had the smallest, sugary-est, caffeiney-est coffee!
The hands are there to represent a size scale.

Meg had a regular sized coffee.

We shared some desserts.
A key lime tart.

Some tres leches cake...

And the most insane coffee flavored flan.

When you're so stuffed with food and friendship...all you can do is stare at each other in wonder.

Congrats to Chris!
And thanks for dinner, you cute babies!
