Chances are, if you haven't heard her solo stuff, you've heard her sing with the New Pornographers.
Either way, she's outta sight!

Doesn't Neko own a farm in Maine or someplace like that now? I know she was from Tacoma, but has lived most of her musical years in Tucson, and now lives in Maine or Vermont or New Hampshire or one of those places.
I'll admit...I checked her Wikipedia page because I wasn't entirely sure she was FROM Tacoma.
She was born in Virginia, but calls Tacoma home.
And honestly, I didn't read much further than that - lazy tired.

Yeah, her album 'Furnace Room Lullaby' seriously makes me want to drive fast on a country road and sing it at the top of my lungs.
